Write a good prompt once, reuse it everywhere.
Prompt templates have a name, the prompt and a scope that decides where they appear. Next to your own templates you can load predefined ones from the AutoDudes server.

Open the template list
Go to Content > AI Suite, switch to Prompt Manager and choose Manage custom prompt templates. Three templates exist: Shorten for teaser, SEO description in brand voice and Explain in plain language.

Create a template
Click Create prompt template. Name it, for example Service section, and write the prompt: Describe the service in three short paragraphs: problem, solution, result. Address the reader directly.

Set the scope
Choose the scope ContentElements and limit it to Text & Images if you like. Leave the type field empty to offer the template for all content elements. Save and close.

Use it
Generate a new AI content element on Online Marketing as described in Content generation. Your template now appears in the template dropdown of the input mask.
